PrairieCare Fund (PCF) is a non-profit grant making foundation with a mission to improve the mental health and well being of our Minnesota communities. Founded in 2016, the Fund is designed to promote the awareness of youth mental health services, advocating for those in need, reducing stigma, educating professionals and creating opportunities for our communities to advance the delivery of health services.

Since 2016, PCF estimates that more than 32,000 K-12 kids have been impacted across the state of Minnesota by their funding. And while they are very excited by that number, they have a $2.9 million dollar funding gap when compared to dollars requested by schools.  Total dollars granted since 2016 is approximately $600,000 with over 30 Minnesota school districts impacted.
